Totally awesome Good workout app You should really get it if you like to be challenge or if your already in shape then its gonna be easy if you on level 1
This app is great its a great way to get a workout that feels like you are paying for a gym membership without a personal trainer and gym intimidation.
This app gives you a really fun chance of losing weight! Im going to start doing this twice a day so I can improve!
I love this app!! Motivates and gives good exercises that make you sweat! Some are hard but that is good! Keep pushing your self! And this is a good app to help you!

I love this app. It is keeping me in shape. I used to be a low-esteemed potbelly but now I think I wont be one any more. If you are looking for an app that will lose your weight and give you self esteem, than download this app! I simply could not believe it was free when I first saw it. 10/10!

Some bad moments

So overall I enjoy the way the exercises flow and that there is understandable voice instruction throughout. Usually when there is visual coaching, I have to look at my phone to see if Im doing it correctly, which means Im not focusing on keeping form or counting reps. The thing that really endeared me to this regimen though is the fact that it provides an alternative to jumping jacks. I have yet to find a sports bra that actually holds my chest in place enough to do more than a couple jumping jacks, so I normally skip them when theyre part of a routine(theyre so common though. Do you see my problem?) but with this alternative, I can actually do the whole routine! No more eliminating cardio because I cant find a good routine that doesnt have jumping jacks! No more sore boobs! I also like how the VoiceOver doesnt sound super condescending to people who cant do the regular exercise and they actually include the alternative instructions and not just a photo.
This is fantastic and just right to get your heart rate up and tone up too.
I saw the original app but it wasnt as good as this. This app is super useful and even though its seven minutes itll get you heckuva workout and I can promise you that by the end of this seven minutes youll probably be sweating so much. Definitely definitely usual for those that dont have the time to go to the gym. For sure recommend for those that need to lose some weight because its very useful and itll work.
Ive just started using this & its really good & better than any other app.
I love this because I dont need to go to the gym, I can do this at home and be able to stop if I really need to. I certainly recommend this app if you are struggling with exercising.
This is perfect for those who have a short amount of time but want to get their fitness in check! Going to buy the full version shortly!
