This app is my favorite workout app. I love when they give you mini breaks for maybe a sip of water or something before your next exercise. The voice over is absolutely amazing as well! I hate when you go on YouTube and you always have to look over to see what your actually doing but with this app, all you have to do is listen and the lady will tell you how to do something and what it is without looking at your device for even a second. She will tell you how much time you have left and wow! This app blew me away like crazy. Ill come back in 2 weeks to update my results! Definitely recommend this app for users setting a goal to gain weight! Make sure you are eating healthy as well! If you are craving not so healthy foods, you ARE still able to eat them whether its brownies to chips, but only take small portions!! Also, before every meal and snack, drink water!! This boosts your metabolism, gives you more energy, and also provides nutrients for your body! I hope this helped! I look forward to doing this workout and you should to!
Make sure you do this workout at least 3x a day for a month or so. Im just going to be checking my progress every 2 weeks. Good Luck!
