I just downloaded a few of their apps (7 minute workout, flat belly, legs, and butt). I only did the 7 minute and butt ones first for the day and wow am I completely drenched in sweat. The 7 minute app is amazingly quick intervals of jumping jacks, wall sits, etc. Then the butt one was 3 sets of squats, butt lifts, and side lifts on all fours. It was incredibly intense and I was out of breath.
The clear instructions are great because I cant always look at the screen. She also gives tips on how to execute the exercise the best.
I usually dont write reviews but I strongly recommend these apps for a workout any day of the week. Holy crap!!!!!
