I found this app on youtube and I must say that I really liked this one. Its not that hard and I can actually know things about dieting because of this app.

Wow!

I just downloaded a few of their apps (7 minute workout, flat belly, legs, and butt). I only did the 7 minute and butt ones first for the day and wow am I completely drenched in sweat. The 7 minute app is amazingly quick intervals of jumping jacks, wall sits, etc. Then the butt one was 3 sets of squats, butt lifts, and side lifts on all fours. It was incredibly intense and I was out of breath. The clear instructions are great because I cant always look at the screen. She also gives tips on how to execute the exercise the best. I usually dont write reviews but I strongly recommend these apps for a workout any day of the week. Holy crap!!!!!

So overall I enjoy the way the exercises flow and that there is understandable voice instruction throughout. Usually when there is visual coaching, I have to look at my phone to see if Im doing it correctly, which means Im not focusing on keeping form or counting reps. The thing that really endeared me to this regimen though is the fact that it provides an alternative to jumping jacks. I have yet to find a sports bra that actually holds my chest in place enough to do more than a couple jumping jacks, so I normally skip them when theyre part of a routine(theyre so common though. Do you see my problem?) but with this alternative, I can actually do the whole routine! No more eliminating cardio because I cant find a good routine that doesnt have jumping jacks! No more sore boobs! I also like how the VoiceOver doesnt sound super condescending to people who cant do the regular exercise and they actually include the alternative instructions and not just a photo.

I saw the original app but it wasnt as good as this. This app is super useful and even though its seven minutes itll get you heckuva workout and I can promise you that by the end of this seven minutes youll probably be sweating so much. Definitely definitely usual for those that dont have the time to go to the gym. For sure recommend for those that need to lose some weight because its very useful and itll work.

This app is my favorite workout app. I love when they give you mini breaks for maybe a sip of water or something before your next exercise. The voice over is absolutely amazing as well! I hate when you go on YouTube and you always have to look over to see what your actually doing but with this app, all you have to do is listen and the lady will tell you how to do something and what it is without looking at your device for even a second. She will tell you how much time you have left and wow! This app blew me away like crazy. Ill come back in 2 weeks to update my results! Definitely recommend this app for users setting a goal to gain weight! Make sure you are eating healthy as well! If you are craving not so healthy foods, you ARE still able to eat them whether its brownies to chips, but only take small portions!! Also, before every meal and snack, drink water!! This boosts your metabolism, gives you more energy, and also provides nutrients for your body! I hope this helped! I look forward to doing this workout and you should to! Make sure you do this workout at least 3x a day for a month or so. Im just going to be checking my progress every 2 weeks. Good Luck!

Quick Easy to follow has great beginner modifications

If youre looking for a HIIT then this is it. I am new so I use the modifications and still get a nice workout. Cant wait to start seeing results.

FINALLY a workout i can complete

I have tried a lot of beginners workout on youtube even those with millions of views and i could never complete any above 5 minutes. This apps workouts are great with no repetition but it would be better if we can replace certain exercises within like push ups because i can never do them.
